DAY 17

the most important day of every month

the most miserable day of every month

the most painful day of every month

YET the most looked forward to day of every month!

WHY???

coz this is the day i get to see her!

this is the day i cry for her!

this is the day my heart aches for her!

this is the day i pray that she is still by my side!

this is THE 17TH!!

DAY 16

well it was a relatively easy day in the sense of fighting the urge because i got to FIGHT!! woohoo!!

well today's lessons were mostly technical!

Defending front headlock

Right hand over shoulder

left hand grabbing on to locking arm

move sideways to his right

position leg behind his leg

use thrust to push him down

side step

climb over to full mount position

place forearm on neck and press down

pull neck out of lock!
