Mission continues!!

since im already on track!
all's well!!
CARB UP DAY WAS REALLY AWESOME SIA JOJO!
i din feel much yesterday!
but today when i hit the gym i felt like superman when i lifted the weights!
DAMN! it was mind blowing!!
I literally added 5 kg for every exercise!!
AWESOME!!
Lately ive been a very unhappy person!
damn!
its affecting everyone around me!
Think its the withdrawal from alcohol!!
AND YES IM ABSTAINING FROM ALCOHOL TILL I CUT TO 10%!!
Its been draining coz NO SMOKE NO ALCOHOL MAKES PREM A DULL BOY!!
