DAY 12, 13 n 14
wat a day for me
14 days of fresh air
14 days of repair works on my lungs
14 days of toxinless blood
14 days of heart attack risk free life
14 days of TRUE bliss!
WHY ??
COZ NO SMOKING ALL FIGHTING!!
well for thursday's update
1) BRIDGE WITH ROLL
bridge hard
grab forearm with outside arm
tuck it in to chest
suppport with inside arm
flip over
push triceps back
and keep heads down
2) BREAKING GRIPS
on mount
Thrown froward - land on plams and stay down
slowly use use arms to crawl back
Pushed backwards - slide one arm in first, break grip
slide second arm in, break grip
land forward trapping arms
Thrown sideways - arm opposite to direction thrown
grab onto the bastard's neck
push that elbow into his chest
arm on the thrown side extends out fully
crawl back with extended arms
while other arm continues to
apply pressure with elbow
3) TOP CONTROL MOVEMENT
Elbow used to bend neck to one side
effectively bends the spine
same side leg extends straight
opposite leg flips out and lands on feet with knees bent
flip body to chest to chest position n legs tucked in
extend legs out with hips down but weight on chest
move around using feet
maintain weight on chest
once over to the other side just jump in and push his arm back
tuck adjacent leg tight to the body
opposite leg goes foot first over body
pull body over his and keep it close
