Body is worn out!
its time to give it a break
going thru too many changes at the same time

lunch - assorted meat
dinner - chicken n mutton
Friday
breakfast - fish n cashew nuts
midlunch - chicken
lunch - assorted meat
dinner - assorted meat
supper - last chicken cutlet ever
