A HAPPY FREAKING NEW YEAR TO ALL!!
im really really looking forward to a great year ahead!
it started pretty well & and i just have this 'GOOD' feeling about this year!!
2010!!

this means i am also very confident of carrying out my resolutions pretty well!!
let's begin!!
1) NO SMOKING - cliche?? nah!! im seriously damn serious about it!!
but lets not cheat myself --> no smoking atleast for 3 months!!
2) NO ALCOHOL - this is gonna be the toughest. Till i get my fitness levels sky high again,
which means NO alcohol for atleast 2 months!!
3) Less anger - ive been an angry person for way too long. time to let go!!
4) FYP full acceleration - my utmost effort!! I SWEAR!! it would be nice if my whole team has this resolution too!!
5) Consistent MORNING & EVENING GONGYO - WITHOUT FAIL!!
While kneeling!! not sitting!! LOL!!
6) More Fruits!
7) More vegetables!
8) Consistent training!!
