went perfectly fine!!
i miss my gym!!
i really really miss my gym!!
its been quite awhile since i went to my gym!!
its been about 12 hours!!
the personal trainer said i was arching my back but i din realise it leh!
always checked my form before i started!!
but why then??!!
fuck!!
maybe i lack mobility!!
i seriously need to start stretching!!
