two weeks!
it feels good!
feels as good as when i first quit smoking!
my body is rather clean!
except i need to take in more green stuff!
damn!
My elbow injury is killing me!!
tot the pain was gone!
but its back!
back to haunt me at the wrong time when im cutting weight!!
