DAY 5
all's well!
day went fine!
gyming was fantatstic as usual!
but i really dun understand why some guys even come to gym for!
mother fuckers act so macho then look at young boys training there
& snigger away thinking they are way much stronger!
for goodness sake u mother fuckers were also skinny before!
give those dudes a chance to grow man!
fuckin senile old men!
Breakfast - Cashewnuts
Mid lunch - chicken cutlet
Lunch - pork n VEGGIE
Dinner - eggs, veggie n cashewnuts
DONT BE LAZY, BE LEAN!!
