well all's good!
im still doing well in my new quest!
haven ate a single gram of carb since thursday!
still working on the veggie jojo!
but hor if drink loads of water cannot neutralise the acidity meh!
got my kilo of cashewnuts!

mid lunch - cashewnuts
lunch - chicken n pork
dinner - PIG'S TROTTER!! FAVOURITE SHIT MAN!

lunch - 5 eggs n cashewnuts
dinner - chicken
supper - cashewnuts
